The timGold kickbox programme is a demanding combination of serveral martial arts with a focus on Tae-Kwon-Do and Kickboxing. You do not face an opponent, you rather learn and train different punching and kicking technics with martial arts expert León (black belt TKD) to use it for a high intensity training. No matter what gender you are or which level of fitness you have, even after a short period of introduction you can start with certain kicks and punches.
The training consist of several components like shadow boxing, technic practising, coordination, motion and strength workout. We also use sandbag or praws.
