Since early childhood I did serveral kind of sports. With martial arts - my first experiences with sports - I discovered disciplin and body control as well as passion and joy of motion and its aesthetics.

After my study of economics I fulfilled my desire of doing my hobby as a profession. I share my enthusiasm of motion and workout with my clients and enforce them to archieve their goals.

Actually I am an educated media designer, but I turned very soon at the age of 23 to practise my hobby professionally. Coming from Tennis, Volleyball and Fitness I started to give trainings at the age of 16. Passion and commitment for work can only be performed if you identify with it at a 100%. In this spirit I have reached a perfect symbiosis.
